Premiering in-app videos on their playlist platform for the first time, the series of animated music videos builds on Spotify's Our Generation visual identity and each artist's character design created by Williams, bringing them to life through a fantastical narrative journey that stems from the play of music.
An all-new community for young fans to enjoy, Spotify's Our Generation playlist features bespoke guest takeovers of track selections from multiple artists within the Gen Z scene. To accompany Girl in Red and Alfie Templeman's respective playlist curations, the animated music videos were launched and provided an engaging visual journey into each artist's imaginary world complete with personal hidden 'easter eggs' for knowing fans to discover.
