To celebrate the launch of their first figurine, a limited edition collaboration with Vans and Playdude, this animated promo transports the 2D Vans Sk8-Hi-wearing “Smasher” via a mysterious portal into a 3D world for the first time mimicking the real-world product launch collaboration and collectible merchandise. Conceptually riffing off old arcade video games, the animation was set to retro 8-bit game sound design.
